Refund Policy

We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, you can request a return within 14 days from the date of delivery.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, the item must meet the following requirements:

  • be in the same condition as received;
  • have no signs of wear, use, stains, or damage;
  • include original packaging, tags, labels, and seals (if applicable).

Items That Cannot Be Returned

  • items that have been worn or show visible signs of use;
  • items that have been altered or customized at the customer’s request;
  • items made according to individual measurements.

Defective or Incorrect Items

If you received an item with a manufacturing defect or an item that does not match your order, please contact us within 3 days of delivery. We will cover the return shipping costs for defective or incorrect items.

Return Shipping Costs

  • For returns of non-defective items, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
  • For returns of defective or incorrect items, we cover the shipping costs.

Refunds

Refunds are processed within up to 5 business days after the returned item is delivered to our warehouse and inspected.
